Let us take the stress out of your glamping experience – all you need to do is pack your bag, your BBQ and your cooler!

Amenities

Each yurt has a small kitchenette area where basic crockery/cutlery and glassware/kettle/coffee press/Coffee/Tea/sugar/salt and pepper/paper towel/dish soap and drying rack are provided – there is a table with an umbrella outside for your own outdoor cooking equipment.

Each yurt has a private outhouse – toilet paper/hand sanitizer is provided.

We provide you with drinking water – and water for washing dishes which can be refilled on site.

Each yurt has a wood burning stove – we supply enough wood and fire starters to last you for your stay.

Each yurt has its own fire pit/cooking grill and outdoor chairs. Wood is not provided but can be purchased for $10/bundle and delivered to your door.

Each yurt has its own picnic table for outside dining and a fold-away table/chairs for inside dining.

Each yurt has a portable 1000 watt power station with AC/USB ports.

We offer shower facilities in the main building for $10/person/stay – towels are included.

We have a small café on-site open Tue-Sat for breakfast and lunch, and there are several restaurants in town/close by.

We are pet friendly! Pet owners must inform us of all pets visiting. 

What you should bring…

  • Your own outside cooking apparatus – cooking is not permitted inside of the yurt
  • A cooler
  • A flashlight/lantern
  • A fan (in warmer weather)
  • Waterproof footwear in wet weather
  • Bug spray Spring-Fall

Guest Access

There is free parking onsite.

Everything in town is within walking distance – a vehicle is necessary to get to Algonquin Park and surrounding areas. You can rent canoes and Kayaks in town.

Other Things to Note

*PLEASE NOTE*

Our yurts are a five minute walk from the main building – no motorized vehicles permitted.

Please pack accordingly.

We will do our best to help you transport your belongings to your yurt, however this is not always possible – in those instances, we have a green carry cart available for your use – situated next to the log pile where you park your vehicle – please return to its place after use.

March-April (and if there has been excessive rain) the ground is quite wet so please bring appropriate footwear.
